REALLY TERRIBLE experience with this company, I want to warn everyone. My bracelet came broken and I reached out to the seller and they asked for pictures and videos. I sent 5 pictures and they continued to ask for pictures for a week for proof and were never satisfied with my pictures. At a certain point they even sent a message laughing at me and sent me a picture someone else had sent them, claiming that it was a fake picture sent when It wasn't even my picture, It was a lady of a whole different ethnicity which clearly wasn't me. Really really terrible, I've never experienced anything like this about trying to get help with a broken product. WARNING: SCAMMERS
